We keep trying to get rid of people uploading infected programs and files to this site and here you come with this crap. There's enough infected files being upped to this site without you upping the tools to creat more of it.

it (should be) safe but i'd recommend using a VM running Win XP with no Virtual network adapter, just to be safe. (using XP will prevent your newly built virus from being deleted before release, the network adapter would likely allow it to spread if the kit allows you to)
